PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS WITH SUE HAWKINS
Booking a couple of yoga or meditation sessions will boost your energy levels, help you destress and deepen your yoga practice. Sue gives individual attention that will help you deepen your understanding on correct alignment, breathe awareness, and relaxation to calm the mind leaving you feeling invigorated and refreshed while practicing in a beautiful and serene environment.
Restorative yoga, partner yoga, meditation, yoga therapy and yoga nidra for deep relaxation and post traumatic stress is available. Sue offers some great yoga tips for your home practice and personal programs can be provided on request.
Sessions can be held at your location, overlooking the ocean, or on the beach. Private yoga sessions are suitable for all levels.
Group bookings are available with all yoga equipment provided – POA.

About Sue HawkinsSue has instructed on teacher trainings and has been hosting yoga retreats in Byron Bay and internationally for over 15 years and continues to develop her knowledge and understanding of Yoga and Meditation. Sue is also a Pilates Mat teacher and integrates core strength, precision, control and flow of movement. Yoga and Pilates compliment each other by enhancing alignment and core strength in a safe and nurturing environment.
Sue gives clear and concise instruction but is also engaging and intuitive. Her ability to work with all levels of experience is obvious in the classes and this only comes with years’ of experience and dedication to the practice.
