Join Sue Hawkins Founder and Director for our inaugural Byron Bay Yoga Retreat for 5 days/5 nights.
These yoga retreats are held in a private estate on Byron Bay’s Tallow Beach. With a maximum number of only (8) guests you’ll receive personal attention tailoring to your all your needs from the moment you arrive. Sue and her team will ensure your retreat stay will be a memorable and most nurturing week. All your needs will be lovingly attended to with attention to detail in every aspect! The week is designed for you to completely let go, let us restore, pamper you and revitalise your body, mind and spirit.
Experience an inspiring and insightful combination of yoga, meditation, and holistic practices exploring aspects of yourself that often get hidden from the stresses of everyday life.
Your day starts with yoga and meditation instructed by Sue Hawkins and Swami Pujan as well as Relaxation, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Philosophy, Pilates, Fitness session, Detox treatments, cooking demonstration, wellness and lifestyle talks and more.
All Yoga classes are taught by Senior Yoga Teacher, Sue Hawkins and are specifically aimed to address individual needs of each guest. You’ll be shown easy ways to meditate to help calm the mind and learn yoga practices that bring strength and flexibility. Modifications are given and props are used to assist throughout the yoga sessions for better alignment and deeper relaxation. Sue gives individual attention to each guest ensuring correct alignment and understanding of each posture is integrated bringing more awareness and consciousness to each individual’s practice.
Our restorative yoga sessions show you how to deeply relax and refresh the nervous system at the end of the day’s activities encouraging each student to de-stress and replenish.
By the end of the retreat you’ll feel more inspired and invigorated to step into the next chapter of your journey discovering deeper insights for a more meaningful life.

There 5 bedrooms with either Master Bedroom with king bed and own ensuite, queen bed single or double share bathroom, twin share single beds upstairs.
Downstairs bedroom with queen bed share bathroom, budget twin share single beds.
Upstairs has a lovely open plan style living with views of the ocean through the trees. Open kitchen, dining and lounge room with large verandahs upstairs and downstairs offering Balinese daybeds to relax
and unwind. Settle in and listen to the sound of the ocean and bird life. Walk across the lawn straight onto the beach!
