For beginner and experienced students, this boutique yoga retreat offers a chance to deepen your understanding of the yoga postures, Pranyama (breathing exercises), Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and enhance your own yoga practice, whilst taking care of the whole you. Classes are designed to suit each individual level with modifications and personal attention given to each guest. For the more experienced student it’s a chance to deepen your practice feeling  invigorated and restored.

The Rejuvenation Retreat is the most pleasurable short cut to feeling well, re-energized and nourished in only a week!

Activities may vary slightly on some days. A detailed schedule will be sent to you before retreat begins. 


You can arrive from 2.00pm onwards and settle into your accommodation, enjoy a refreshing swim in the ocean or just relax on our lovely veranda. Our first session starts at 4.30pm for an informal introduction and yoga class followed by our welcome dinner.

Check out time on the last day is from 10.00am after brunch.

Our retreat is held in a private estate right next to beautiful Tallows Beach, Byron Bay.
There 5 bedrooms with either Master Bedroom with king bed and own ensuite, queen bed single or double share bathroom, twin share single beds upstairs.
Downstairs bedroom with queen bed share bathroom, budget twin share single beds.
Upstairs has a lovely open plan style living with views of the ocean through the trees. Open kitchen, dining and lounge room with large verandahs upstairs and downstairs offering Balinese daybeds to relax
and unwind. Settle in and listen to the sound of the ocean and bird life.  Walk across the lawn straight onto the beach!

The afternoons are for re balancing from the activities of the day. It is a time for inner reflection with a focus more on restorative and relaxation practice, often incorporating a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). Restorative yoga is very beneficial for healing the effects of chronic stress when practiced regularly. A 10 minute “svasana” (relaxation pose) is given after every class.

        A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your booking. The full balance is due one month prior to the retreat, otherwise your booking may be cancelled. Requests for changing retreat dates are at the discretion of Yoga Health Retreats and incur a fee of $100.


        We provide a nurturing and safe environment and our program is thoughtfully planned, but no responsibility will be taken for any injuries incurred during the retreat. Medical history forms are to be completed before each retreat, however we also advise you to consult your doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. Modifications are given to students with special needs.
