The Bali yoga retreat is held in a quiet and sacred location just south of Ubud. This private retreat centre has a serenity and calmness that affects you as soon as you arrive.

The daily yoga classes are held in a spectacular open-air yoga pavilion overlooking lush rice fields with lovely cool breezes. Your accommodation is traditionally styled, air-conditioned 2 storey Lumbungs with bath in Deluxe rooms. Modern wooden structures inspired by classic Balinese rice houses with rolling smooth hills traveling down to the large swimming pool.

The yoga retreat provides twice daily yoga and meditation, yoga nidra, cultural activities, cooking class, Bike riding from Mount Batur and Temple ceremony, charming, traditional accommodation and organic buffet meals provided.

The retreat is specifically designed for beginners and general students and all states of health conditions are considered with one to one personal attention. Yoga is for everyone so modifications are given for those who need it.

There is plenty of free time each day to do your own thing, explore the sights of Ubud as it is the cultural centre of Bali offering many temples and art galleries, cafes, restaurants and shopping delights.

Buffet meals are provided using fresh organic local produce with fresh juices and smoothies to cleanse and detox. Remedial and relaxing massages are available on request to nurture and deeply relax you.

Delicious prepared vegetarian meals and fresh juices daily. We cater to all dietary requirements.

CHECK IN & OUT

You can arrive and settle into your accommodation from 2.00pm onwards.

Your check out time is after breakfast on the last day. The retreat closes at 11.00am.
Late check out is possible on most retreats and guests are able to stay and relax till later
in the day before their transfer back to the airport.

DIRECTIONS & TRANSFERS

Transfers can be arranged back to the airport or to your next hotel. Please advise in advance so we can arrange all your details.
All rooms are traditional style in two-story Balinese Lumbungs with air conditioning very spacious with lovely decor. Deluxe Single rooms are located on the first floors with baths and private balconies overlooking beautiful Balinese gardens.

Superior Single rooms are located on the top floor of Lumbung which are very private and has indoor bathroom overlooking lush Balinese gardens. These rooms do not have a balcony.  Twin share price is per person.

Each day is designed to nurture you to gently unwind and replenish. Sue and her team will expertly guide you through the week to deepen your yoga practice and discover a quieter part of yourself and the world around you. Consideration is given to each student according to their level of experience. This time is for you to simply be and enjoy the whole retreat experience and connecting with the Balinese culture.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your booking. The full balance is due one month prior to the retreat, otherwise your booking may be cancelled.
