Retreat cancellation conditions

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your booking. The full balance is due one month prior to the retreat, otherwise your booking may be cancelled. A fee of $500 applies for all canceled bookings. Requests for changing retreat dates are at the discretion of Yoga Health Retreats and incur a fee of $100. On paying the full amount you secure and confirm your booking and full retreat information will be sent out.

Retreat disclaimer

We provide a nurturing and safe environment and our program is thoughtfully planned, but no responsibility will be taken for any injuries incurred during the retreat. Medical history forms are to be completed before each retreat, however we also advise you to consult your doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. Modifications are given to students with special needs.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is 10 am on the day of departure. Close of retreat is usually 11.30am. Extended stays can be organised directly with the resorts. We can provide assistance if required. Please read instructions in the final confirmation email.

Retreat venues

The booking is made in good faith and maybe subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for action taken by the management of the retreat locations are outside our control. However, reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation, should this occur. The description of the premises is given in good faith; no responsibility for misrepresentation will be accepted.
