The Yoga Health Retreats ‘Mindfulness’ Retreat is held in a secluded, private estate on Byron Bay’s beautiful Tallows Beach. Bird song and ocean waves greet you every morning, delicious organic meals nourish you and daily fresh juices cleanse and renew.
This is so much more than a yoga immersion or retreat. For five days, you will be guided and supported by meditation teacher Swami Pujan and other Senior Yoga Instructors to develop your personal practice and teach you various forms of meditation.
