Our Yoga Weekend Retreats are held in beautiful Lennox Head in absolute beachfront accommodation. Relax in your own apartment enjoying yoga outside your room overlooking the ocean. Birdsong greet you every morning, delicious organic fresh juices to cleanse and detoxify and delicious vegetarian meals to nourish and delight.

For 3 days, you have the opportunity to take some much needed time out for yourself enjoying yoga on the beach, meditation, healthy food and cleanse and pamper treatments – Bliss!
