The retreat is  south of Ubud so you get a real taste of Bali away from the hustle and bustle.

Yoga Retreat Schedule – Each day is designed to nurture you to gently unwind and replenish. Our very experienced yoga teachers will gently guide through the week to deepen your yoga practice or simply enjoy the whole experience whether you are are new to yoga or more experienced.  Consideration is given to each student according to their level of experience. This time is for you to simply be and enjoy the whole retreat experience!

Personal attention and assistance is given to students with special needs and modifications are used for beginners.

Yoga Retreat Food – Delicious and beautifully prepared vegetarian and protein meals are offered under the supervision of the resorts head chef . We provide a fusion of Balinese and Western cuisine including many delicious vegan dishes. All dietary requirements are catered for. An authentic Balinese cooking class with other cultural activities is included to experience the real taste of Bali.
