Sue Hawkins is a qualified senior yoga teacher who has been practicing for 27 years. Sue now offers private Yoga sessions in Byron Bay for people who are opting for a healthy alternative while enjoying their holiday.
You will be shown techniques to deepen your understanding about correct body alignment, breathe awareness and relaxation. Restorative yoga, partner yoga, meditation, yoga therapy yoga nidra for deep relaxation and post traumatic stress is available. Expect some great yoga tips for your home practice and personal programs can be provided on request.


Our yoga retreats are well known for the healing and rejuvenating result our guests experience. After hosting retreats for 13 years we know how to carefully provide a safe and healing environment that inspires and encourages students and guests to create positive life style changes, re evaluate and move forward.
