When you have a Yoga Instructor who’s registered with Yoga Alliance at the highest-level E-RYT500, been practicing for 27 years and trained with the yoga masters in India, you can be assured that you’re getting top quality yoga instruction. Sue’s so passionate about helping others become happier and healthier in mind, body and spirit that she only offers her programs in small groups so individual needs are well looked after.


Our yoga retreats are detoxifying and rejuvenating. They help you to regain vitality in your body and spirit, which can be so often lost by our daily activities and diets. We use fresh, organic produce in a varied menu designed by top chefs (including Olivia Newton John’s former chef) to inspire the most passionate and discerning of cooks! Our mouthwatering food and daily fresh juices assist the body’s detoxifying process, cleanse the organs, boost digestion and revitalise the body from the inside out.


Just as a skeleton is the framework for the body, yoga is the basis and foundation for Yoga Health Retreats.
