Sue Hawkins is a qualified senior yoga teacher who has been practicing for 27 years. Sue now offers private Yoga sessions in Byron Bay for people who are opting for a healthy alternative while enjoying their holiday.
You will expertly guided by Sue Hawkins to correct body alignment, breath awareness and relaxation. Restorative yoga, partner yoga, meditation, yoga therapy. Expect some great yoga tips for your home practice and personal programs can be provided on request.
